3. User Accounts To use certain features of the Services, you may need to register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Processing All payments for the Services are processed through Apple Pay or Google Pay via their respective app stores. We do not store or have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple and Google’s terms and conditions for more information on payment processing.

6. Data Collection and Use We collect and store data regarding your poker hand history (“Poker Data”). You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to use, sell, distribute, or otherwise use this data in any manner we see fit, without compensation to you. Your use of the App constitutes your consent to this practice.

7. Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.
• Copying, duplicating, distributing, modifying, selling, or reselling any part of the Services without our express written permission.
• Sharing accounts between users, 1 unique individual is permitted to create and use an account for the App across their personally owned devices

8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
