Fastroll Poker — App, Website, and Video Marketplace
Welcome to Fastroll Poker (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application on iOS and Android devices (the “App”), our website at fastrollpoker.com (the “Website”), and the video-response marketplace offered through the Website (the “Video Marketplace”), together the “Services.”
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to all of the Services, including the App and the Website. Where a practice described below applies only to one part of the Services, we say so.
2. Information We Collect
a. Personal Information
When you use the Services, we may collect your name and email address.
b. Payment Information
Payments made through the App are processed by Apple Pay and Google Pay; we do not collect or store your app store payment information. Payments made through the Website, including Video Marketplace purchases, are processed by our third-party payment processor, [Payment Processor Name], which collects your billing information directly; we do not store your full payment card number. Please refer to Apple Pay’s, Google Pay’s, and our payment processor’s own privacy policies for more information on how they handle your payment data.
c. Poker Hand History Data
We collect data regarding your live poker hand histories when you use the App, including the hands you play, your wins and losses, and related data. This data is stored on our servers indefinitely unless you request deletion as described in Section 8.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and maintain the Services; to improve, personalize, and expand the Services; to communicate with you, including for customer service and updates; to process your transactions, including Video Marketplace purchases and Creator payouts; and to analyze usage trends and preferences.
4. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, and Video Marketplace fulfillment; with the Creator you select in the Video Marketplace, limited to the information necessary to fulfill your request; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; or where required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
5. Use and Sale of Poker Hand History Data
We reserve the right to use and sell Poker Data for research, analysis, marketing, or other purposes, subject to the rights and opt-out choices described in Section 8 below.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
7. Advertising and Appodeal
For “Free” tier users, the App displays ads through Appodeal, a mobile ad mediation platform that connects the App to a network of third-party advertising partners. Appodeal and its network partners may collect your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and app usage and interaction data in order to select and deliver ads, measure ad performance, and support analytics and reporting. Where required by applicable law, the App presents a consent prompt before this data is shared with Appodeal’s network partners for personalized advertising; if you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized to you. You can also manage or opt out of personalized advertising generally through your device settings: on Android, under Settings, Google, Ads, Opt out of Ads Personalization; on iOS, under Settings, Privacy, Tracking, and disabling tracking for the App. For more information on how Appodeal and its partners handle data, please visit Appodeal’s privacy policy. By using the App, you consent to the use of Appodeal and the data practices described in this Section.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information, though this may limit your ability to use the Services. You may opt out of promotional communications by following the instructions included with them. If you wish to delete your account and Poker Data, send a written request to the email address listed in Section 10.
If you are a resident of California or another state with a consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including Poker Data, as described in Section 5. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address listed in Section 10 with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request.” We will respond within the time required by applicable law. A jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction summary of these rights, prepared separately, is available on request.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted.
